As Renewals Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Having a detailed understanding of the full process Managing the development and implementation of the programme for end-to-end renewal delivery and ensuring all those contributing to and/or affected by the process are aware of and have input to the programme Monitoring and reporting progress against the programme, identifying variances, reporting these and ensuring corrective action as appropriate. Maintaining an active working relationship with the above parties contributing to the programme. Adopting a risk-based approach Proposing changes to the process as part of the continual improvement process Ensuring health and safety of work teams and members of the public. As our Renewals Manager, you will ensure that key customer and key stakeholder relationships are enhanced and an excellent working relationship with the New Zealand Transport Agency is maintained.
