Based with the team in our newly built office in Whangarei CBD, the Renewals Lead is responsible for:Contract initiation/preparation and administration of professional services contractsIncorporation of standards into contractsReview of pavement design elementsReview and approval of technical documentsImplementation of approved renewals works related to roading assetsEstimate, manage and monitor project expenditureManaging external resources to aid in the successful delivery of the renewals programProviding technical advice and oversight of the reseal programAbout you:We are looking for someone to join the team who brings their tertiary qualification in B Eng, Dip Eng, or equivalent and approximately 10 years post-graduate experience. Ideally, you will have experience in construction supervision and be confident with project and contract management.In addition to your technical knowledge, you enjoy relating with others and forming relationships easily both internally and externally.
