We have one key player missing….that is you….our new Remuneration Specialist. Terms: Permanent Based: Whitireia, Porirua The Remuneration Specialist is pivotal in leading, influencing and shaping the development of the remuneration strategy across the Runanga, particularly in the areas of rewards, benefits, performance management, remuneration and position management. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and administering a competitive and equitable remuneration framework to attract, motivate and retain our kaimahi. Your advice and guidance will be interwoven with tikanga, and our remuneration strategy will support our Moemoea, to be a strong, vibrant and influential iwi, firmly grounded in our cultural identity and leading change to enable whanau wellbeing and prosperity. Your high-level experience and professional expertise in Human Resources (more specifically remuneration and benefits), supported by a relevant degree, is a given, and you will be excited to engage and learn alongside Ngati Toa. Of course, you'll be well practiced in: Unravelling the legal jargon Interpreting data so that it makes sense, Connecting the HR dots for our kaimahi and Building fantastic working relationships with your team and wider peers.
