We have one key player missing….that is you….our new Remuneration Specialist.Terms: PermanentBased: Whitireia, PoriruaThe Remuneration Specialist is pivotal in leading, influencing and shaping the development of the remuneration strategy across the Runanga, particularly in the areas of rewards, benefits, performance management, remuneration and position management.Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and administering a competitive and equitable remuneration framework to attract, motivate and retain our kaimahi.Your advice and guidance will be interwoven with tikanga, and our remuneration strategy will support our Moemoea, to be a strong, vibrant and influential iwi, firmly grounded in our cultural identity and leading change to enable whanau wellbeing and prosperity.Well, after hearing about us and about the role, you'll know whether you're the right person, and whether now is the right time for you.
