Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Charles Schwab is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat- Assist customers with account information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times- Utilize effective communication skills to effectively assist customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Reliable and able to work independently- Strong planning and organization skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in web chat platforms and technology- Ability to work part-time hours
