Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is looking for a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via web chat to provide information on products and services- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements:- Confident and hardworking personality- Excellent written communication skills- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Creativity in finding solutions to customer inquiries- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
