In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues via web chat.
**Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Support:** Provide high-quality customer support through our web chat platform by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns customers may have in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Inquiry Management:** Monitor and manage incoming chat requests, ensuring that all questions are responded to promptly within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Problem-Solving:** Utilize investigative skills to troubleshoot customer issues, offering relevant solutions or escalating matters to appropriate teams when necessary.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in our internal systems for future reference and continuous improvement of service quality.
- **Knowledge Sharing:** Stay updated on product features and benefits, company services, and promotional initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and suggest tailored solutions.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather and share customer feedback with the team to help improve service processes, products, and customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline communication and improve overall customer experience.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
**Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote capacity demonstrating proficiency in online communication channels.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- **Technical Skills:** Fluency in using web chat systems, CRM software, and standard office applications.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be reliable and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely in a virtual format.
- **Flexibility:** Availability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed to support customer inquiries.
