Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Crimson Education is seeking a passionate and adaptable Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The role will involve providing remote support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services- Log all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system- Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues- Provide training and guidance to clients on using our products effectively- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in remote support

Requirements:- 1+ year of experience in a similar role- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients- Excellent strategic planning skills to prioritize and address support requests- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues- Experience with remote support tools and techniques
