Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions to restore functionality.
Maintain accurate records of support interactions, issues, resolutions, and user feedback in our ticketing system.
Research and Development: Conduct thorough research to identify solutions for unique technical challenges and document findings for future reference.
Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that enhance user experience and increase operational efficiency.
Training and Documentation: Create and update training materials and user guides to equip staff with the knowledge needed to resolve common technical issues independently.
Participate in the development and implementation of training sessions to improve technical proficiency across the organization.
Time Management and Organization: Prioritize and manage a diverse range of support requests in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to users and projects.
Monitor and maintain follow-up on outstanding issues, ensuring they are resolved or escalated appropriately.

Requirements: Education and Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a remote or digital environment.
