Remote Support Representative

Job Description: iHeartMedia is seeking a dedicated Remote Support Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a full-time employee at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role. Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with iHeartMedia products and services3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution4. Document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely support Requirements:1. Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service2. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to innovate solutions3. Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal5.
