Job Description:Sysco, a leading technology company, is seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to remote users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and driven personality. Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to users experiencing technical issues2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems3. Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations4. Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues as needed6. Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and best practices7. Foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels8. Other duties as assigned Requirements:1. At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role2.
