Job Description: PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Remote Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.
This part-time position is ideal for an experienced individual with at least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
As a Mid-to-Senior Level Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote support specialists to ensure efficient and effective support services for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement remote support strategies to meet the needs of our clients - Supervise and coach a team of remote support specialists to provide excellent customer service - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the remote support team to ensure high-quality service delivery - Collaborate with other departments to address client support issues and improve processes - Develop and maintain documentation for remote support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in remote support management - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the remote support team Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a remote support management role - Hardworking and independent individual with strong leadership and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proven track record of managing remote support teams and delivering exceptional customer service - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in remote support technologies and tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Benefits: - Gym membership - Profit sharing opportunities - Remote work flexibility Working Environment: At PepsiCo, we strive to nurture an entrepreneurial atmosphere, even within an established organization.
