Job Description: Plexure Group is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the remote support team - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the team is meeting or exceeding goals - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the remote support process - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and procedures Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a remote support or customer service management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Creativity and innovation in developing solutions for customer issues - Experience with remote support tools and software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Benefits: - Free food - Training & professional development opportunities - Paid sick leave - Spark creativity and motivation in an environment that inspires greatness Equal Opportunity Statement: Plexure Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment for all employees.
