Job Description:

Computer Sciences is looking for a dedicated and confident Remote Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Support Assistant will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our clients in Nelson, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to clients using a variety of communication channels including email, phone, and chat.2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.3. Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.4. Document all support interactions and resolutions in the company's ticketing system.5. Assist clients with set up and configuration of software and hardware systems remotely.6. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and updates to effectively support clients.7. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in remote technical support or a related field.2. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Knowledge of various operating systems, software applications, and network protocols.6. Certified in relevant technical certifications is a plus.7. Must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.8. Must be available to work flexible hours as needed.
