**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a passionate and committed Remote Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this part-time position, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, engaging our audiences, and enhancing our reputation across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, developing strategic campaigns, and analyzing performance data to ensure optimal engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Creation:** Develop, write, and produce engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- **Strategy Development:** Create and implement social media strategies that align with LawVu's business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
- **Community Management:** Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community in a timely and professional manner, building a positive rapport with audiences.
- **Analytics and Reporting:** Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance and generate insights that inform future content and strategy. Provide regular reports on engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- **Trend Monitoring:** Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies, ensuring that LawVu remains competitive and innovative in its approach.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to synchronize messaging and leverage content across channels.
- **Campaign Management:** Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional activities, product launches, and special events that engage our audience and drive conversions.
- **Brand Advocacy:** Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and industry leaders to enhance brand presence and credibility.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years experience in social media management, preferably within a B2B environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Resilience:** Ability to adapt to changing environments, tackle challenges effectively, and handle feedback constructively.
- **Reliability:** Demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality work consistently.
- **Soft Skills:** Excellent decision-making abilities; ability to persuade and inspire others through effective messaging and storytelling.
- **Creativity:** Strong creative flair coupled with a strategic mindset to develop innovative and engaging social media content.
