Job Description:
NCR is seeking a Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will be resilient, reliable, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all social media activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus
