Voya Financial is seeking a dynamic and innovative Remote Social Media Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development:
Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Voya Financial's brand objectives and target audience. Research and analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Content Creation and Management:
Develop engaging, high-quality content (text, images, and videos) tailored for each platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting that reflects current news, events, and campaigns.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms promptly and professionally. Foster community engagement by actively participating in relevant conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Utilize insights gained to inform future content and campaigns, optimizing performance continually.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts integrate seamlessly with overall marketing campaigns. Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant information and insights that will enhance social media initiatives.
Stay Updated:
Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing, incorporating new ideas into the strategy when appropriate.
Brand Collaboration:
Align social media strategies with the overall brand voice and messaging of Voya Financial. Ensure a consistent brand image and promote positive brand sentiment across all platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Adaptable and capable of adjusting strategies based on evolving trends and feedback. Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability in managing tasks and deadlines.
