Job Description: McKesson is seeking a part-time Remote Office Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is energetic, adaptable, and looking to gain experience in office management. As a Remote Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our remote office. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment for remote employees. 2. Coordinate virtual meetings and events, including scheduling, sending out invitations, and setting up virtual meeting rooms. 3. Assist with onboarding new remote employees, including setting up their workstations and providing them with necessary information. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and virtual messages. 5. Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. 6. Act as a liaison between remote employees and the main office, ensuring that all communication is clear and timely. 7. Provide support to remote employees as needed, including troubleshooting technical issues and answering questions about company policies and procedures. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. 2. Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic office software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Previous experience in office management or a related field is preferred but not required.
