Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Office Manager to join our team at C.H.
Robinson Worldwide in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
As the Remote Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our virtual office, supporting a team of remote employees, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination among team members.
Responsibilities: 1.
Manage the virtual office operations and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
2.
Provide administrative support to remote employees, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars.
3.
Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating training sessions for remote employees.
4.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the remote team to ensure seamless collaboration.
5.
Track and report on key performance metrics to monitor team productivity and efficiency.
6.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
7.
Identify areas for improvement in office processes and procedures and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
8.
Support the management team with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements: 1.
1+ years of experience in office management or a related field.
2.
Confident and hardworking personality traits.
3.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data and insights.
4.
Leadership skills to effectively manage a remote team and drive results.
5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other office management software.
7.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
8.
Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment is preferred.
