Auckland International Airport is seeking a passionate and skilled Remote Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Digital Marketing Campaigns:** Assist in the creation, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and websites. Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
- **Content Creation:** Develop engaging content for blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Ensure all messaging aligns with the Auckland International Airport brand voice.
- **Market Research:** Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Analyze data and generate reports to inform marketing strategies.
- **Customer Engagement:** Foster positive relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication. Address inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Event Coordination:** Support the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and trade shows. Work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- **Brand Management:** Assist in maintaining brand integrity across all marketing channels. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual elements, and brand tone.
- **Performance Analysis:** Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and propose adjustments based on data.
- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to align marketing strategies with organizational goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
### Requirements
**Education:**
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role. Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and marketing research.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing services).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
