Job description: Wildfire is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our customers. This is a full-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Utilize project management skills to prioritize customer inquiries and follow up as needed.- Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities to provide accurate and effective solutions to customer concerns.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.- Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. Requirements:- Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.- Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting.- Strong project management skills.- Excellent decision-making abilities.- Excellent written communication skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
