Collaborate with cross-functional teams as necessary to resolve more complex issues. - **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a deep understanding of ConocoPhillips' products and services to answer questions accurately and provide relevant information to customers. - **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions in the company's database to track inquiries and solutions, ensuring that follow-up actions are completed as necessary. - **Quality Assurance:** Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product changes, policy updates, and best practices. Adhere to quality and performance standards established by the company. - **Feedback Loop:** Provide insights and feedback regarding common customer concerns or trends to help improve our customer service processes and offerings. - **Schedule Management:** Manage your own schedule to ensure you are available during peak customer outreach hours. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required. ### Requirements: #### Educational Background: - Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus. #### Experience: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role, preferably in a remote capacity. #### Skills & Attributes: - **Energetic and Dedicated:** A positive attitude and strong work ethic, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to team success. - **Emotional Intelligence:** Ability to understand and manage one's own emotions, as well as empathize with customers to enhance their experience. - **Planning and Organizational Skills:** Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently while balancing multiple customer interactions. - **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with live chat software and customer service management tools.
