Job Description:
Edison International is seeking a passionate and results-driven Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and management of engaging content across various platforms (social media, blogs, email, etc.), aligning with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media campaigns that enhance audience engagement and brand loyalty. Monitor social media trends and metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
SEO & SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search ranking and performance. Coordinate pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns and analyze their effectiveness to ensure optimal ROI.
Email Marketing: Design and manage effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track user behavior, campaign performance, and ROI. Deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and brand representation.
Market Research: Conduct regular research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience to inform marketing strategy and keep the company competitively ahead in the market.
Budget Management: Assist in setting budgets for digital marketing initiatives, monitor expenditures, and provide necessary adjustments based on performance analytics.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, digital technologies, and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including but not limited to social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, SEO tools, email marketing software). Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Personality Traits: The ideal candidate is resourceful and driven. You should have a proactive attitude towards solving problems and a relentless pursuit of goals.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail to ensure quality in all marketing deliverables. Excellent people management skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
