- **Content Management:**

- **SEO and SEM Management:**
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns, analyzing performance and optimizing for maximum ROI.
- **Social Media Engagement:**
- Manage social media accounts and develop engaging campaigns that foster community interaction and brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and outreach.
- **Email Marketing:**
- Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open and click-through rates.
- Analyze email performance metrics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting:**
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed for project execution.
**Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media advertising tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing software.
