Communicate with the logistics and sales teams to assist with order-related inquiries. - **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Mentor new team members as needed to promote a culture of learning and support. - **Adaptability:** Stay current with new products, tools, and technologies used within the company to ensure an efficient and effective customer support experience. - **Administrative Duties:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the company's CRM system to support department goals and reporting needs. **Requirements:** - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus. - **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment. - **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer support software and CRM platforms.
