Job Description: As a Remote Customer Success Specialist at Citigroup, located in Nelson, Nelson, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are independent, resilient, have excellent planning skills, and pay close attention to detail. Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through remote communication channels.2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their issues in a timely manner.3. Identify and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.7. Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and assistance as needed. Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.4. Resilient attitude when faced with challenges or difficult customers.5. Excellent planning and organizational skills with great attention to detail.6. Comfortable working in a remote setting with minimal supervision.7.
