Job Description: Owens Corning is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated individual who possesses excellent presentation and decision-making skills. Responsibilities:1. Assist with onboarding new customers and providing ongoing support to ensure their success with our products and services.2. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.4. Analyze customer data and trends to provide insights that can drive product improvements and optimize customer satisfaction.5. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.6. Execute customer success strategies and initiatives to meet company goals and objectives. Requirements:1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
