**Job Summary:** As a Remote Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients and helping them navigate their precious metal purchasing decisions.
You will engage with customers through various communication channels, offering solutions, guidance, and ensuring satisfaction with their experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate product information, assistance with order placements, and addressing any complaints or concerns promptly.
