Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Gap in Nelson, NZ.
As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in contact center management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote contact center agents to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the contact center - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Provide ongoing training and support to contact center agents to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in contact center management - Reliable and hardworking personality traits - Strong people management and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Experience working in a remote or virtual contact center environment (preferred) Benefits: - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Training & professional development opportunities - Travel & spending expenses covered for work-related activities Working Environment: At Gap, we value continuous learning and adaptation to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
