Job Description: Devon Energy is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.
As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a contact center environment.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, dedicated, and possesses strong presentation and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote contact center agents, ensuring they meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of contact center agents - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in a contact center environment - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of contact center agents - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact center software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus Benefits: - Paid sick leave - Relocation allowance - Disability insurance Working Environment: At Devon Energy, we strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all endeavors.
