Job Description:

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, independent, and eager to kickstart their career in client support. As an Entry Level Remote Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients- Assist clients in navigating our products and services- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction- Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement- Manage client projects and ensure timely completion- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to client support

Requirements:- Strong communication skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks- Energetic and positive attitude- Strong analytical skills- Project management skills- Comfortable working remotely and using various communication tools- High school diploma or equivalent
