Kimberly-Clark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Christchurch. This part-time position is primarily focused on delivering exceptional client support and maintaining strong client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relations:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are promptly met.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and feedback.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

- **Service Delivery Management:**
- Oversee service delivery processes to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively implement solutions that enhance client service.
- Proactively identify opportunities for service improvements and drive initiatives that lead to enhanced client experiences.

- **Reporting and Analytics:**
- Prepare regular reports on client service metrics, identifying trends, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor service performance and collaborate with teams to develop strategies for operational efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

- **Project Management:**
- Lead client-facing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, coordinate resources, and effectively communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management or a related area within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of effectively managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Motivated and proactive in driving results and exceeding client expectations.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic, demonstrating dependability in all tasks and responsibilities.
