Job Description: American Financial Group is seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.
This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in client relations and a mid-to-senior level of seniority.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving and planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client accounts and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information and advice - Prepare reports and presentations for clients and senior management Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred) Benefits: - Paid sick leave - Joining Bonus - Visa sponsorship Working Environment: Join a company that pioneers change and sets industry benchmarks.
