Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at CHS in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will be driven and hardworking, with exceptional people management and analysis skills. Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction.3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees.4. Analyze call center metrics and provide reports to upper management on performance and trends.5. Work with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new call center agents.6. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.7. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and consistent customer service. Requirements:1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center environment.2. Proven track record of successfully managing a team of call center agents.3. Excellent people management and communication skills.4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software.6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.7.
