Job Description: Casey's General Stores is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and be an integral part of our customer service team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, confident in their communication skills, and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and general store inquiries.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.4. Up-sell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using our CRM system.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics. Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment.2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.3. Strong people management skills to handle challenging customers with empathy and professionalism.4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.5. Confident and assertive personality with a can-do attitude.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Benefits:1.
