**Job Description:**

Western Union is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission while working from the comfort of your home in Hamilton, Waikato. You will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Account Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing timely and accurate support.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term cooperation and ensure ongoing trust.
- Conduct regular reviews of accounts to understand client needs, providing tailored solutions and support where necessary.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues, utilizing effective problem-solving techniques to ensure swift and satisfactory outcomes.
- Document all client interactions and issue resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for reference and training purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries effectively.

3. **Client Communication:**
- Conduct regular check-ins and updates with clients to keep them informed about services, changes, and promotions.
- Craft and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting account performance metrics, usage patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for clients, detailing account activity, billing, and usage insights.

4. **Collaboration & Coordination:**
- Work closely with sales and product teams to understand the capabilities of new and existing products and services.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving client account management processes and client retention rates.
- Actively contribute to enhancing client satisfaction by soliciting feedback and implementing solutions.

5. **Training and Development:**
- Assist in onboarding new clients by providing training and resources to help them understand our services and operational procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continually enhancing your knowledge to provide informed support to clients.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related field, ideally within the financial services industry.

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful and driven, with a proactive attitude toward finding solutions and delivering results.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with diverse clientele.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other relevant technology tools.
- Familiarity with online communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) for client and team interactions.
