We employ around 80 staff, with the majority based out of our Tauranga factory and a number scattered in Auckland to service our building partners. We manufacture kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and sculleries, delivering them with smiles throughout the North Island to our happy clients.The Role:Fixed Term 15 January 2025 – 14 February 2026 (Parental Leave Cover)As our Remedial Coordinator at HK, you'll be a key link in our client services team, ensuring that all remedial work (repairs and maintenance) is planned, scheduled, and completed to a high standard, on time. With the client experience always top of mind, your role will focus on providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the entire process.While you'll be working in a joinery environment, prior experience as a joiner is not necessary. Strong administrative skills, combined with logistical, problem-solving, and coordination expertise, will be your foundation.
