Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.Role OverviewThe role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations - Consultant - 1 to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.Job Type: Full TimeWork Place: OnsiteLocation: Malta, Europe (Relocate to Malta)Relocation: VISA & Relocation Package IncludedRequirements:Degree Level of EducationMicrosoft Dynamics certifications in Finance ModuleA minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy or 1 end-to-end implementationKnowledge about ERP implementation methodologiesBase knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOpsInvolvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycleStrong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)Strong experience in Finance Modules on FOStrong Client Relationship ManagementGood communication and presentation skillsAgile learnerPromotes the Values of our companyExcellent written and verbal English language skillsStrong organisation and prioritisation skillsResilient and comfortable working in fast changing environmentsTeam player and able to work on own initiativePrepared to TravelResponsibilities:Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverablesEnsure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testingDemonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation.Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycleInvolvement with D365FO interfaces and IntegrationsAssist with (or lead) the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completion of gap/fit analysisContribute to and/or creation of solution documentationDelivery of end-user training to clients and colleaguesProvide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of projectOccasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficialIdentify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be deliveredCarry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by DirectorsEnsure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory trainingRepresent our client in a professional and positive manner at all timesHave awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FODemonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilitiesWithin your role, you have the responsibility of protecting all information that is shared with you in the course of your association with our client.Microsoft Business Solutions OverviewYour long-term future is every bit as important to our client as it is to you.
