Envision yourself at the forefront of providing comprehensive business advisory services to privately owned businesses across our high growth SME, mid-market, and wealth market segments. Your expertise in accounting, tax compliance, finance function support, tax planning, and financial modelling will be the driving force behind identifying risk areas and planning opportunities for our clients, ensuring their financial stability and exponential growth.Key responsibilities:Delivering technical advice and expertise that shapes the future of our clients' businessesIdentifying risk areas and planning opportunities to drive innovation and successReviewing accounting and tax compliance work to ensure accuracy and regulatory complianceSupporting clients' finance function, enabling informed financial decisionsManaging the commercial aspects of engagements, contributing to clients' growth and profitabilityProviding coaching, mentoring and training to the junior team members.Minimum Requirements:6+ years of experience in a CA/CPA environmentBachelor's Degree in Commerce / Business with a major in Accounting or a degree in AccountingDemonstrated ability to take ownership of end-to-end tasks for a diverse portfolio of clientsProficiency in software tools such as Xero and Excel, utilising technology to deliver efficient solutionsProven track record of cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction and successWe know working flexibly is important, which is why we offer a cash contribution to enable you to set up your home work space.
