At BestStart, we are seeking Reliever Caregivers to join our Reliever Team. Our Reliever Team plays an integral role in the operation of our centres nationwide. As a Caregiver for us, you will have the opportunity to work with our Tamariki and make a difference in their learning and development.
As a Caregiver, you will be working alongside the permanent staff and be involved in the day-to-day activities of the class. You will look for guidance on where you may be needed while also using your initiative to see opportunities to be helpful and a part of the team. No day will be the same, as our BestStart Relievers can work across any of our centres, offering a variety of work daily.
Qualities we look for in a Caregiver:
Passion and interest for working with Tamariki
Reliable, responsive, and flexible
Initiative and a proactive attitude towards work
Caring and respectful attitude towards Tamariki
Approachable and fun-loving
You do not have to have ECE qualifications for this position. It is a fantastic opportunity to gain some experience and exposure to a career in ECE!
