At BestStart, we are seeking Reliever Caregivers to join our Reliever Team. Our Reliever Team plays an integral role in the operation of our centres nationwide. As a Caregiver for us, you will have the opportunity to work with our Tamariki and make a difference to their learning and development.
As a Caregiver, you will be working alongside the permanent staff and be involved in the day-to-day activities of the class. You will look for guidance on where you may be needed while also using your initiative to see opportunities to be helpful and a part of the team. No day will be the same, as our BestStart Relievers can work across any of our centres, offering a variety of work daily.

Marlborough - one of the sunniest regions of New Zealand, has more to offer than just the weather. It is a popular region for families and tourists and is well known for its vineyard agriculture and pristine wines! If wine is not your thing, no problem - just a short drive north you will find the gateway to Marlborough Sounds that attracts those seeking New Zealand's natural beauty, outdoor adventure, and marine life! BestStart has two centres located in Blenheim - Blenheim Central and Springlands. Our centres have a fantastic community feel and welcome any newcomers to the town, or those wanting to try something new to reach out and join their local Reliever Team here.

You do not have to have ECE qualifications for this position. It is a fantastic opportunity to consider if you would like to gain some experience and exposure to a career in ECE!
