The housing market is also in much better shape than most areas around the country which means you can achieve your dream of buying your own home.With plenty of work underway there is a need for a Reliability Engineer or Asset Manager to lead the direction on reliability engineering and asset management, including systems control and associated documentation, and to provide asset management technical advice.In particular, you will:Lead and coordinate the review of Asset Management PlansLead and coordinate maintenance programme reviewsUtilise data to champion plant optimisation decisionsWork with the maintenance team to provide asset management technical adviceIdentify opportunities to improve asset management systems and develop and implement these decisionsThe person.To be successful in this role you will have:A tertiary qualification (engineering or equivalent)Proven asset management experience, at least at an intermediate level, working with reliability systems (asset management plans, defect elimination processes, asset criticality, maintenance tactics etc.)Clear and succinct writing skills with proven experience working with systems and dataYou will be a self-starter driven by a passion for improvement, an analytical problem solver with attention to detail, and will have the proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.Why Apply?This is an exciting opportunity working on a great variety of work within a fun loving and vibrant team, working a 9-day fortnight.
