We are looking for 2 x motivated Release Train Engineers to join our team, where you are responsible for facilitating the Agile Release Train (ART) and driving delivery to achieve business objectives. As a servant leader and coach for the ART, you are also responsible for escalating impediments, managing risk, and helping drive continuous improvement within the ART and consistency across the ARTs. You are focused on articulating the overall delivery and the implementation, ensuring mission execution, leading, and facilitating squads through development and delivery. As an Agile facilitator, you coach at the portfolio, program, and team levels. A key part of your role is providing guidance in methodology (SAFe, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Kanban, XP etc) to Agile team members, and you will strongly support teams in architectural runway development and work breakdown. Facilitation of programme events including Release Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and Scrum of Scrums is a key part of your role. He pukenga tou - Skills & Experience Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and optimising the flow of value Championing, leading, and embedding SAFe Facilitating Portfolio and Programme events e.g Programme Increment Planning, Portfolio Sync Tracking and publishing PI objectives / team progress for visibility and transparency Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, System / PI demo Assisting with economic decision making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll up to Epics, where necessary Coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean Agile practices and mindsets Helping manage risks and dependencies as well as escalating and tracking impediments Working with Architecture, Product Management, Scrum Masters and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
