Your new role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Release Manager to join our dynamic tech team for a 1-year fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the release processes for our projects, with a strong focus on D365 and Microsoft technologies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software releases.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and coordinate release activities across multiple projects.
Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful deployment of releases.
Monitor and report on release progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Ensure compliance with release management processes and best practices.
Coordinate release documentation and communication with stakeholders.
Manage post-release activities, including issue resolution and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of release management processes and best practices.
Experience with D365 and Microsoft technologies.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
