Netball Northern is currently seeking applications for the role of Relationship Manager.
About us Netball Northern is a regional sports organisation and one of five netball zones in Aotearoa affiliated with Netball New Zealand.
Our zone stretches from Kaitaia in the north to Waiuku in the south, encompassing 16 netball centres which deliver community netball events and competitions for over 45,000 registered players of all ages.
About the role The Relationship Manager leads a team of community netball personnel and is part of the leadership team supporting the CEO with strategic and operational planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
The role is responsible for driving growth and strengthening the delivery of netball across netball centres within our zone.
It is highly focused on fostering collaboration, creating connections, and enhancing governance and leadership capabilities at netball centres.
The Relationship Manager is responsible for: Execution of Community Strategy Leadership and team management Building capability and programme delivery for Centres Connection and engagement with Centres Link and liaison to Netball NZ community personnel Budget and financial management This role involves travel within the Northern Zone to visit centres and support regional events.
A work car is provided for all work-related travel for this position.
Flexibility in working hours is required, including occasional weekends and evenings.
