We are looking for a regional Relationship Manager to manage the retention and growth of a portfolio of agricultural customers through effective long-term account management.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our farmers, growers and other agribusiness customers to drive positive engagement Identify opportunities to cement customer loyalty utilising strong industry knowledge, engagement and product usage data, account health indicators, and other metrics to Conduct regular account reviews to proactively address any issues, ensure product usage is high, and that customers are happy Identify and drive expansion and upsell opportunities, driving uptake of new product features and solutions.
Requirements Experience in the agricultural industry, with a passion to support farmers' and growers' success Ability to build rapport quickly, make lasting positive first impressions Commercially minded, target orientated and data-driven Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address customer needs and challenges Ability to work from home and visit customers in rural communities Benefits We're expanding in every direction - think new places, teammates, and knowledge.
