Responsibilities include:
Working closely with your manager and the Service Centre to deliver new and enhanced service product offerings to our customers.
Building strong relationships with local funders (DHB's and ACC, amongst others), Iwi, primary care practices, community representatives and other stakeholders.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure quality client-centric services are delivered within your area, and the appropriate workforce recruited to meet customer requirements and funder obligations.
Actively working to improve the financial performance for Bay of Plenty.
Your passion for delivering the best possible outcomes for customers and stakeholders will see you succeed in this role. Ideally, you will have proven experience in leading the delivery of clinical services/products; however, service delivery or relationship management experience in another sector will be considered.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in a service delivery or relationship role, preferably within the health/disability or community services sectors.
Experience in leading the delivery of clinical services and products.
A passion and expertise for working collaboratively and developing skills in others.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, and highly developed emotional intelligence.
An understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and how these can be applied.
A love of problem solving combined with resilience to cope with the unexpected or difficult.
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with project management experience.
Sound judgement and a high level of integrity.
Full clean Drivers Licence.
