Relationship Associate

We are currently looking for an experienced Relationship Associate to join our Southern Sales team based at Nelson.
Primary Role: Responsible for supporting and working alongside the UDC Commercial team in growing new and existing customer relationships by assisting with new credit submissions, completing annual reviews, proactive calling of existing and prospective new customers.
The RA will develop credit and sales skills and within 12 months of role commencement, may manage customer accounts directly (at Commercial Manager and Regional Managers discretion).
Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities
Assist in the achievement of growth targets and a structured calling programme for the portfolios supported
Preparation of credit reviews and UDC documentation
Your experience: Experience in developing relationships in a customer delivery role
Experience working with financial accounts is preferred
Sound negotiation skills
