Mo te turanga - About the role As a Relationship Associate in ANZ's Business & Agri team, you'll provide support to a portfolio of critical Agri clients in the Canterbury region. Our high-performing teams of Relationship Associates play a critical role in making this happen, by supporting our Relationship Manager in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions and insights by conducting financial analysis, along with lending support for designated customer groups. This role is ideal for those with an eagerness to grow into Relationship Management responsibilities or to grow and develop as a specialist Relationship Associate. Your success will provide numerous development opportunities within our Business team, and the wider ANZ business. Role Type: 12-monthFixed Term (Secondment) Work Hours: Full-time Ou Pukenga? - What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: • Background or experience within the Agri and rural sector• Great financial literacy and analytical skills• Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends is preferred but not essential• Prior experience working with stakeholders and establishing and managing relationships in a customer delivery role/customer experience• Excellent communication skills both written and oral• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
