Tai Aroha aims to provide: * A therapeutic environment for those in our care * A pro social, and culturally responsive, treatment programme * An opportunity for those in our care to acquire or improve work and social skills * Part time position 20 hours per weekMo te tunga | About the roleThe Reintegration Co-ordinator key function/purpose of the position is to provide quality reintegration services, and this includes contributing to the development of work and life skills of residents through pro-social modelling and coaching, organising and supervision of activities such as job searching securing accommodation, obtaining suitable identification including driver's license along with supporting residents to open bank account, registering with medical providers, followed by 100 day post programme support upon completion or graduation of the programme.
